Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Quapri's services. By placing an order or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Quapri website (quapri.in) and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Quapri.
2. Products & Services
Quapri provides custom printing, corporate gifting, and related services. All product descriptions, pricing, and specifications are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to modify products, prices, and availability without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; final output may vary slightly based on print technology and material.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made in full before production begins. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and NEFT transfers. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Quapri reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or payment failure.
4. Design & Artwork
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork or approving designs before production. Quapri is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files including spelling mistakes, colour inaccuracies, or low-resolution images. A digital proof is shared for approval before production — once approved, any errors become the customer's responsibility.
5. Turnaround & Delivery
Standard production time is 2–5 working days from design approval. Delivery within India takes 3–5 additional working days via courier. Quapri is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.
6. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not commenced. Once a proof has been approved and production has started, cancellations are not accepted. Cancellation fees may apply for custom or bulk orders already in progress.
7. Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork or designs, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the content, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Quapri will not be held liable for any IP infringement claims arising from customer-supplied content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Quapri's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or business. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
10. Changes to Terms
Quapri reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
