Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. Charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be available on orders above a minimum value — check the website for current offers.
Courier Partners
We ship through reputed courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post for remote areas. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your delivery.
Multiple Delivery Addresses
For bulk orders, we support delivery to multiple addresses simultaneously. Each address is shipped separately with its own tracking number. Consolidated billing is provided for accounting convenience.
Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering.
Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and products immediately upon receipt and contact us at info@quapri.in within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
