Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet commenced. To cancel, contact us immediately via phone (+91 78922 32789) or WhatsApp. Once a design proof has been approved by you and production has begun, cancellations are not possible as the order is customized specifically for you.
Cancellation by Quapri
Quapri reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of payment failure, unavailability of materials, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered in the following cases: (1) The product received is significantly different from what was ordered. (2) The product is defective due to a printing error on our part. (3) The product arrives damaged in transit. (4) The order was cancelled by Quapri. Refunds are not issued for customer errors in submitted artwork, change of mind after production has begun, or minor colour variations inherent to print processes.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request: (1) Email info@quapri.in with your order number and a clear description of the issue. (2) Attach photographs of the product showing the defect or damage. (3) Submit the request within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our quality team will review the claim within 2 business days and respond with a resolution.
Reprint Policy
In cases of confirmed printing defects or damaged delivery, Quapri will offer a free reprint as the primary resolution. If a reprint is not feasible (e.g., discontinued material), a full refund will be processed. We do not typically offer partial reprints.
Refund Process & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. UPI and net banking refunds are typically faster (2–3 days) than card refunds (5–7 days). Quapri is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions after the refund is initiated from our end.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: shipping charges (except in cases of our error), design service fees if the design has been delivered and approved, and orders where customer-supplied artwork contained errors that were included in the approved proof.
Bulk Order Cancellations
For bulk orders (100+ units), cancellations must be made before artwork is finalised. Partial cancellations may be possible if production has not started for those units. A cancellation fee of 10–20% may apply to bulk orders cancelled after quote acceptance to cover design and administrative costs.
